Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will not accept Returns nor Exchanges for items that were, in any way, MISUSED. Please refer to the Special Care Instructions in our website and/or the Special Care Card received with your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for all eligible products with receipt/proof of purchase. After 14 days we can no longer accept returns and can only provide an exchange or store credit. Any purchase made in promotion will not be exchanged nor returned.

To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. If you do the contents of the package becomes our property and we will not return it to you or provide a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange

If the piece in question is not available for, we will substitute an equivalent to the customer preference. 

There is a fee for US based exchanges. This covers shipping both to and from you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an exchange, you will be credited with the cost of the item sans shipping.

If the package isn't received back by us within 1 month of initiating a return we can no longer process your exchange and a refund will not be issued.

 

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
